Returns and Refunds…
We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if you want to return your purchase to us, then we’re cool with that too.
You can return an item for any reason – whether you want to get it in a different size or colour, if it’s faulty, or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
If you want to return items to us, please remember they should be in their original condition at the time of return within 14 days of delivery. Please download and fill in the returns form from the link below on our website and our customer service department will be in contact.
No refunds will be given for returns on SALE ITEMS. Should you wish to return a sale item or sale items, a CREDIT NOTE will be issued.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics and swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights. No exchanges can be made, a refund will be given.
Return shipping information:
Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
