EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Return Process

Returns can be for any reason – as long as the product is in its original condition and the time of the return is within 14 days of the delivery date. Please download and fill in our returns form from the link here, and our customer services team will process it for you.

Shipping Costs On Returns

Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on all returned items. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from this.

Refunds

We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if you want to return a product, we’re cool with that too. Returns can be for any reason – as long as the product is in its original condition and the time of the return is within 14 days of the delivery date. Refund Exceptions

For hygiene reasons there are some refund exceptions. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, swimwear, or underwear if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale Items

We are unable to give refunds for sale times, but will issue a credit note if you wish to return a sale item.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Types of Shipment and delivery periods

All orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped on a next day service for delivery with 2-3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday by 2pm will be delivered with 2-3 working days from the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or at the weekend are processed on Monday and delivered within 2-3 working days. See our full shipping costs by clicking here. Please note that during the Covid 19 pandemic there can occasional delays due to lockdowns and other restrictions. Our courier partners are following all covid safety guidelines, and offering contactless deliveries.

PAYMENT

Which cards do you accept

We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express via Sage, our secure online payment gateway provider.

Secure Payments

We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
